We’re looking for a Digital Account Management Intern to support our team in managing client accounts and delivering engaging experiences on AiChat’s AI-powered Unified Messaging platform. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates interested in digital marketing, client communication, and AI technologies. High-performing interns may be offered a full-time position after 3 months.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day account management and client communications
Assist with campaign setup, reporting, and presentations
Help monitor messaging campaigns and analyze performance
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements
Student or fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
Interest in digital marketing, AI, and customer engagement
Proactive and detail-oriented
