AIA Immersion Experience 2026

• Programme Period: 7–18 December 2026
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:30AM–5:30PM
• Duration: 2 Weeks
• Location: AIA Alexandra / AIA Tampines / Others
• Programme Reward: S$500 vouchers upon programme completion, with additional prizes and vouchers available through programme awards (Prizes up to S$2,500)

About the Programme

Looking to gain real-world exposure and explore your career options this December?

The AIA Immersion Experience 2026 is a 2-week programme designed for students and young adults who want to develop practical professional skills, gain exposure to the financial services industry, and better understand potential career pathways.

Through interactive workshops, mentorship, networking sessions and industry activities, you will learn directly from experienced professionals while building skills that go beyond the classroom.

What You’ll Experience

• Gain first-hand insights into the financial services and life insurance industry

• Learn from AIA leaders and industry professionals through sharing sessions, fireside chats and activities

• Develop practical communication, presentation and professional skills

• Receive mentorship and career insights from experienced professionals

• Build meaningful connections with professionals and fellow participants

• Gain exposure to the role and career pathway of a Financial Consultant

• Participate in projects, networking opportunities and engaging programme activities

• Opportunity to work towards relevant professional certifications

Rewards & Recognition

Participants who complete the 2-week programme with at least 80% attendance will receive a certificate and S$500 worth of vouchers.

Participants can also work towards the Best Associate Award and Best Group Award, with additional prizes and vouchers available.

Who We’re Looking For

This programme may be suitable for you if you are:

• 21 years old and above

• A Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

• Have completed GCE A-Levels or a local Diploma

• A student, NSF or fresh graduate exploring future career options

• Curious about business, finance, communication and personal development

• Open to learning, meeting new people and stepping outside your comfort zone

No prior financial services experience is required.
