Job Description


  • Sending out daily M2M to traders as per commodity assigned
  • Sending out daily market news / reports to buyers as per commodity assigned
  • Daily collation of various reports on cash prices as per commodity assigned
  • Daily collation of news items as per commodity assigned
  • Maintaining trade flow details as per commodity requested
  • Maintaining origin & destination line ups as per commodity requested
  • Board crush margins on soya beans
  • Chinese crush margins on soya beans
  • Technical analysis on prices as per commodity requested
  • Price forecasting using advanced excel / macro coding as per commodity requested


Required experience/background:

  • Undergraduate or Bachelors degree from a reputable university
  • Good interpersonal skills and need to be able to communicate effectively.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Prior working experience in commodity trading environment would be advantageous
  • Able to work independently, detailed and hands-on
  • Good team player.
  • Eager to learn.
