Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify core processes in the company and implement policies/measures.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to focus on core process performance and strategic objectives
  • Manage the process life cycle through design, implementation, optimization, and redesign and renewal
  • Launch process optimization and redesign processes and other performance enhancement initiatives
  • Liaise with HR and onboard new hires, including procurement of equipment as well as account creation and software installation
  • Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of hardware, operating systems, and appropriate software
  • Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications
  • Come up with innovative solutions to interesting problems, and document them clearly
  • Able to do cost-benefit analysis for the procurement of IT hardware, software and operating systems.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with Google Apps for Work / Microsoft 365 administration
  • Experience with Digital Marketing
  • Windows administration experience
  • Experience maintaining & troubleshooting computer hardware, printers and server rooms
  • Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus
  • Ability to work calmly and methodically in a high-pressure situation
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical people
  • Ability to recognise, analyse, and effectively solve problems in a timely and organised manner using industry best practices and procedures
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a candidate who took up leadership roles during their National Service or has related experiences.
  • Keen interest in Operations, Digital Marketing and Communications
  • Good research and communication skills
  • Must be able to commit for a minimum of 3 months full-time
