Job Description
  • Co-ordinate and support Sales Team
  • Prepare and issue training materials, forms, for Sales
  • Support office to order and supply business name card
  • Track monthly expenses under office
  • Back up the role of Sales Team during planned and unplanned absence
  • Liase with Marketing and Sales Team, coordinate arrangement of interviews
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and data processing tasks as  and when required by the manager

Invoice Processing and General Administration:

  • Provide support to create invoice in the Finance payment system
  • Check promptly and assign accurately any service request received
  • Update Internal database of job seekers status and contacts
  • Reconcile monthly bank statement against invoices received
  • Manage issuance of Company Cards and maintain accurate records of cards
