- Co-ordinate and support Sales Team
- Prepare and issue training materials, forms, for Sales
- Support office to order and supply business name card
- Track monthly expenses under office
- Back up the role of Sales Team during planned and unplanned absence
- Liase with Marketing and Sales Team, coordinate arrangement of interviews
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and data processing tasks as and when required by the manager
Invoice Processing and General Administration:
- Provide support to create invoice in the Finance payment system
- Check promptly and assign accurately any service request received
- Update Internal database of job seekers status and contacts
- Reconcile monthly bank statement against invoices received
- Manage issuance of Company Cards and maintain accurate records of cards
