Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for the position of HR Executive(Contract) to cover maternity leave for a period of 6 months beginning February to July 2017. This position shall be based in Singapore and report to VP, HR APAC.


Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage payroll for a headcount of 80 employees

  2. Assist with recruitment activities such as job posting,

    shortlisting candidates for interviews

  3. Prepare onboarding documents for new joiners such as

    employment contract and liaise with various department for

    office equipment set up

  4. Manage exit process for leavers such as final pay

    calculation

  5. Liaise with local regulators for work pass, CPF and/or tax

    issues

  6. Manage online leave portal

  7. Ensure data accuracy in local HR system (Timespay) and global HR database. Follow up consistently with regional HR team to drive data integrity

  8. Track probation and liaise with managers when probation is

    due

  9. Support HR VP during salary and bonus review period and

    assist with generating weekly, monthly reports for status

    tracking

  10. Employment records filing and other ad­hoc tasks as

    assigned.


Job Specifications

  1. Payroll handling is a must ­have criteria, experience using Timespay shall be advantageous but not compulsory
  1. Familiar with local employment and CPF regulations

  2. Able to work independently without much supervision

  3. Be able to communicate confidently with all levels of

    employees such as workers, managers and senior executives.
