Job Description
- Attend to shoppers' general enquiries.
- Over the counter duties in departmental stall
- Assist to ****** VIPS shoppers and be a personal concierge to them
- Redemptions of vouchers
- Handle incoming phone calls.
- Collection of payment/issue receipt etc.
- Other administrative duties.
