Job Description

The incumbent reports to General Manager and is responsible for the following human resources, office administrative duties.

  • Assist in Recruitment & selection, job posting, training planning, insurance benefits etc.
  • Administer daily attendance records and leave reports. 
  • Coordinates & conducts orientations for new hires, meeting schedule. 
  • Update of organization charts, employee profiles, company statistic information 
  • Handles travel booking, office supplies and office maintenance and claims.
  • Coordinate in employee engagement activities. 
  • Other admin tasks & filing as assigned.
