Responsibilities
Reporting to Legal Counsel, South East Asia and Australia/New Zealand, the main duties of this role will include:
Help with research on Singapore law and laws within South East Asia
Compiling documents, matter updates
Contractual review, under supervision, of NDAs, banking documentation
Identify and interpret clauses contrary to ADM’s interest
Prepare research documents and opinions
Other ad-hoc activities, as required
The candidate
The successful candidate will possess the following:
Undergraduate in Law in a local education institution, from 2nd year onwards
Keen learner with positive attitude
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Word
Independent thinker and a dependable team player
Culturally sensitive and ability to navigate diverse nationalities/culture
Good organizational skills
Available for 3 to 6 months from July 2017 on a full/part-time basis
