An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual who is data-driven with an eye for detail to join our growing SEA eCommerce organization within the adidas Group. Working within the Master Data and Fulfillment teams, they’ll be supporting the teams by ensuring product launches online with all the information a consumer needs when shopping on the adidas websites. Ultimately, ensuring our product has images, detailed information and filters to present our product in the most premium way possible. They will also be a key support to drive and guarantee maximum level of service on eCom order fulfillment (orders and returns), managing the orders and returns in a daily basis, leading the eCom order process with the internal teams.
We are looking for a driven, team player as the successful applicant will be assisting the respective managers with tasks to bring product live on our websites, manage order fulfillment and troubleshoot when the situation arises. Therefore, the candidate should know how to problem solve and be solution oriented. Attention to detail is also extremely important because the assets the candidate will be coordinating will be visible to consumers, so accuracy while working as efficiently as possible is crucial.
Our mission is to showcase our products and also to provide services to our consumers the best way possible, whether it is through product images, descriptions or helping consumers navigate through the site or post purchase. Bringing products to life on the site and finally to our customer is an extremely rewarding element in this role.
Accountabilities:
- Proactively monitor the product range reports which includes identifying newly ranged product to be set up, changes in launch dates and special product launches that require more effort to launch smoothly online
- Coordinate the production of images, product copy and translations by working with internal departments and local agencies to ensure everything is produced on time for product launches. Support the master data managers by enriching the product filters using data sources or thinking outside the box when product information does not exist
- Identify and solve issues with product presentation on the site or within the product systems in a fast and solution oriented manner
- Work in an organized and structured manner that allows for the flexibility to manage adhoc tasks and requests that could range from providing status updates on product launches and online readiness to last minute campaign changes
- Help drive the operational activities related to fulfillment by closely monitoring the performance of distribution centres and retail stores.
- Support projects in parcel management, utilizing consumer feedback and analytics data to help shape our requirements, define the roadmap and execute against them.
- Improve operational processes together with other stakeholders like Customer Service and Knowledge Management to improve our service to the customers
- Be on top of business insights and industry trends and act as a key contributor in improvements and enhancements that serve the customer experience in the delivery service that adidas provides including the return process.
- Assist in reporting and analysis of eCom key KPIs.
Education:
Degree in Business Administration, Sports Science or other related degree
