Job Description

Your Role

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution, supporting both the delivery of management‑defined corporate innovation priorities and the exploration of new growth opportunities. Working closely with senior leaders and business owners, you will help translate strategic intent into actionable initiatives, ranging from market validation and experimentation to business case development and pilot execution. Alongside this, you will provide flexible support on high‑priority special projects, offering research, operational, and coordination support to ensure timely and effective delivery in a fast‑paced environment.

This role offers hands‑on exposure to senior decision‑making, real‑world innovation execution, and cross‑functional collaboration, making it well‑suited for individuals who combine analytical rigour with a strong bias toward action and follow‑through.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Innovation – 60%

You will support both the execution of existing corporate innovation priorities and new opportunity identification, working closely with senior leadership and business owners.

  • Strategy & Opportunity Development: Identify and develop growth opportunities by analyzing client pain points, market dynamics, unit economics, and competitive landscapes across priority sectors.
  • Customer & Market Validation: Lead structured customer discovery and market testing to validate hypotheses and translate insights into executable experiments, MVPs, and pilots.
  • Business Case & Decision Support: Build rigorous business cases, scenario analyses, and risk assessments to support leadership decision‑making.
  • Experimentation & Execution: Design, run, and track MVPs, POCs, and pilots with clearly defined success metrics and learning objectives.

Special Projects – 40%

You will support the team across a range of high‑priority, time‑sensitive initiatives, contributing flexibility, rigor, and operational follow‑through:

  • Ad‑hoc Research & Analysis: Support leadership with rapid research, insights, and problem‑solving across strategic and operational priorities.
  • Operational & Administrative Support: Assist with documentation, reporting, scheduling, and coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stakeholder & Deliverables Management: Prepare presentations, briefs, and materials for internal and external engagements.
  • Flexible Project Support: Provide execution support across short‑term initiatives, pilots, and events in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Internal Collaboration: Provide executive support to drive internal collaboration priorities with Adecco Singapore and across The Adecco Group.

About the Talent

  • Exposure to market research, financial modelling, business case development, and/or customer discovery through internships, academic projects, case competitions, or personal initiatives is an advantage.
  • Prior experience or strong interest in consulting, corporate strategy, innovation, startups, venture building, operations, or related areas.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving and ambiguous environments, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while meeting deadlines.
