Who are we looking for?
- We are looking for an Assistant Video Producer intern to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day video content generation that showcases our brand.
- For this position, we expect you to be a savvy individual with an in-depth understanding of how video production works. You should have excellent time management, communication skills and collaboration skills. Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects’ lifecycle within quality, time, and budget requirements.

Responsibilities
- Help to develop conceptual ideas for video content generation
- Coordinate video production plans efficiently and on time
- Assist in video productions such as webinars and corporate shoots
- Edit and create engaging and sharable video content while maintaining a consistent brand image
- Assist in coming up with creative briefs, scripts, storyboards, and production schedules
- Content creation in terms of design and illustrations for social media platforms
- Participate regularly in brainstorming sessions for the development of marketing campaigns
- Work closely with cross-department stakeholders to achieve project objectives
- Assist with other ad-hoc projects when required
Requirements
- Experience with using Adobe Creative Suite and other video editing tools. Prior knowledge of graphics design and motion graphics is an advantage
- Able to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment, work independently as well as within a team
- Good eye for detail with strong storytelling skills
- Ability to quickly learn tools/platform such as Jira, Zoom, OBS, Restream, etc
- Analytical and strong written and spoken communication skills
- Possess initiative, goes the extra mile to get the job done well
- Enjoys brainstorming and developing ideas through to completion
