Additiv is a Swiss financial software vendor offering digital investment solutions for the Asset & Wealth Management industry, and one of the leading innovators supporting the FinTech revolution across the globe. Its Asian subsidiary Additiv Asia Pte Ltd is looking for one or two trainees starting from October/November 2016 on.
DESCRIPTION
Your main mission will be to assist the sales team identify priority targets at international level (especially in the APAC region) and to generate business opportunities. Your central role in the organization will allow you to have a good understanding of the entire sales cycle of solution selling, within an international context and using both direct & indirect sales methodologies.
In addition, you will participate to the implementation of an efficient marketing strategy in order to facilitate sales operations on the targeted markets. You will also support the existing marketing tools of the company (CRM, social media, websites, …).
MISSIONS
Your mission will essentially be structured around the following points:
- Update of information about Countries / Targets / Competitors / Potential partners, using the information sources at your disposal (files, web, professional associations’ documentation…);
- Lead and contact qualification;
- Support to the sales team for canvassing (potential business trips abroad during the 2nd part of the internship);
- Support to the marketing team (translation of marketing documents, redaction of press releases, and update of the client database…);
- Search for important professional events on targeted markets.
During the second part of the internship, we will propose to those who are skilled enough to manage their first sales opportunities, with the constant support of a senior sales officer.
JOB PROFILE
Final years of Engineering or Business School/University, with a high interest of IT and the financial/business software sector.
- Bahasa Indonesia OR Thai OR Japanese as native language, and fluent in English;
- Notions in Mandarin OR Cantonese would be a good asset;
- Enthusiastic, persuasive and curious by nature, you desire to gain experience in the field of software solutions selling, in an international context.

- Compensation: Depending on the profile and truly motivating
- Duration: 6 months (4 months minimum), full-time preferred (part-time possible as well)
- Location: CBD, Singapore
