Also active in Indonesia and the Philippines, ActSEA’s path is driven by the aspirations and needs of the communities we work with, including public health, education, gender, and disaster response. In Singapore, we focus on capacity building, behaviour change, and game design to address inequality, disability and inclusion, and environmental issues.
As an intern in the Programs team, you play a key role in the planning, implementation, and scaling of social and environmental projects run by ActSEA and our partners in Singapore and the region. Your role includes planning, implementing, and evaluating projects through project management, research, and communication support.
Carry out desk research on social and environmental issues in Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, and the region.
Design and plan initiatives, including objectives (theory of change), action plans, and materials.
Support implementation, including conducting project activities, as well as recruiting and engaging with participants, volunteers, and partners.
Evaluate project results by designing frameworks and tools, collecting and analyzing data, as well as preparing reports and presentations.
Provide general project management support, including monitoring timelines, maintaining organized records, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
Map, develop, and streamline processes and policies to increase the impact, effectiveness, and efficiency of ActSEA’s projects.
