AceCom Technologies Pte Ltd – Sales Admin (eCommerce)

Sales Admin (E-commerce) plays a significant role in meeting end users’ needs by offering the right products to the right customer segments, thereby maximizing company revenue and expanding customer base. This role is responsible to manage online e-commerce platforms offering related. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for company’s e-commerce account offering related.
• Responsible for all web orders from receiving to delivery level
• Processing of sales order in relation to purchasing, packing, shipping, billing and coordination.
• Product management in relation to prices, stocks, promotion, layout, images and content related
• Data entry of products including extended product descriptions and product images
• Continuously improve products display on the site
• Continuously improve product mix and recommendations on the site
• Follow up on platform customer service enquires in coordination with the brand principle
• Developing and executing promotion plans in coordination with the Management direction
• Others ad-hoc assignment upon request by Management

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field
• At least 2 years of experience working in the e-commerce (Lazada/Qoo10/Shoppe)
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Able to cope with fast pace working environment
• Strong communication skills
• Well-detailed and ability to follow specific procedures and instructions
• Excellent organizational and time management
• Team Player with Good Positive Attitude
• This position will be permanently based in Singapore
