Ace Biomed – Additive Manufacturing Engineer

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Work experience in additive manufacturing.
• Experience with design software eg Solidworks to develop CAD models, conduct FEA.
• Design, Produce and conduct tests on the prototye.
• Aptitude with design tools, computer aided modeling, data analysis, and process designpes.
• Must be hands-on and able to manage/support multiple key technical projects.
• Knowledge of GMPs, ISO 13485 Design Control, and/or CFR 820 process qualification requirements as related to medical devices is a bonus.
• Able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment (including external institutions and university research centers), brainstorm solutions, and lead change.
• Research new manufacturing technologies, request quotations, select vendors, issue requisitions, schedule demonstrations, and approve tooling.
• Understanding of metallurgy for titanium,
• Excellent interpersonal skills along with strong analytical and problem solving skills are essential.
• Must possess good self-awareness as well as organizational and emotional intelligence.

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
