Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional recruitment services and solutions for clients’ needs
• Develop job descriptions and job postings
• Develop and execute recruiting plans and initiatives
• Interview and evaluate candidates
• Build networks to search for the best candidates
• Provide quality communications and good service throughout the hiring process
• Actively develop business for Accela through generating leads and candidate referrals
