ACC EduHub – Brand & Events Coordinator (Intern)

We are looking for energetic and highly-motivated individuals who enjoy a fast-paced and fluid work environment with never a dull moment. 

Candidates should enjoy meeting new people and be confident in articulating our brand’s value proposition. 

Candidates will also be given the opportunity to manage key accounts and handle all aspects of client relationships, from acquisition to the successful execution of clients’ events.  

Responsibilities: 

• Brand and product awareness for clients 
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Nurture strong business relationships with existing and new clients
• Take ownership of clients, and provide clients with a wholesome experience by ensuring that their objectives are met from start to end
• Ensure that event set ups meet the client’s needs and expectations
• Manage the workflow to ensure timely completion of events undertaken 
• Issue quotes and invoices 

Requirements: 

• Fresh polytechnic/university graduates who are eager to learn and develop their interpersonal, problem-solving skills and more
• Experienced in sales and marketing/event planning and execution
• Good written verbal and communication skills
• Confident, organised, dynamic and responsible
• Able to establish rapport with a wide variety of people
