- Assist sales team to manage existing clients
- Gather customer's requirements and convey to internal team
- Provide customer-oriented service/ support to clients
- Working with designers, programming team and/or other colleagues in executing projects
- Perform basic projects’ testings before updating customers
- Provide timely updates to customers on projects status
- Provide training to customers
- Handle basic sales enquiries and escalate requirements to sales team
Requirements:
- Singaporean or PR
- Good command of English
- Strong customer service relationship management
- Knowledge of internet and social media platform is required
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good typing speed
- Positive attitude towards learning
- Proficient In Microsoft Office
Polytechnic graduates or UNI graduates are welcome to apply.
