Job Description

Project Title: Value Stream Management (VSM) and Management Operating System (MOS) improvement

Job Scope:

  • Support activities related to site Value Stream Management.
  • Contribute towards improvement in MOS (visual and quality of tracking)
  • Support overtime management program
  • Support logistic to events

Learning Outcome:

  • Learning of Lean tool and methodology. Specifically, learn about the lean production system as a whole
  • Learn to do problem solving and improvement in a real-work context
  • Learn to project-manage activities
  • Learn how to track performance

Requirements:

  • Engineering/Industrial Engineering related disciplines
  • Able to work in a team
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
