Candidates with experience of working in financial services, banking or insurance will have a distinct advantage
1. Develop lists of prospects and schedule meetings for advisers to meet prospective customers.
3. Calls prospective prospects to qualify leads and explain range of services offered.
4. Updates client information in computer database system.
5. Follows up with customers to assure satisfaction and respond to queries.
6. Tracks daily, weekly, or monthly personal performance.
7. Maintains phone time or targets as determined by management.
Job Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
2. English as a first language is preferred with a minimum requirement of fluent spoken English.
3. Confidence and quick thinking when communicating with potential clients.
5. Drive to achieve goals and targets.
6. Prior telemarketing experience is essential.
7. Willingness to attend networking and marking events.
