Junior Business Development Representative- Immediate Start!!!

About the Team:

The team partners with small business owners in managing their books and making more time for them to focus on what matters most - their business! The team acts as a trusted advisor to small business owners in managing their finances. We are quickly expanding our team, and we are looking for web-savvy Business Development Associates to help us uncover the path to our next successes. That's where you come in!! 

 

You will be the first point of contact for small business owners. You will learn their business needs and help them explore which solutions will be most viable and effective for them so that we can continuously support them in their success. You will be an important piece of a team that’s helping great customers get an even better experience.

 

Here's how you'll make an impact:

  • Selling. You own your pipeline of leads and are responsible for optimizing the value of that pipeline. Your sales are our growth. You will stay connected with your leads even after your initial consultation, keeping the sales funnel prioritized and growing. You will build relationships with interested prospects from inbound leads and warm calls and engage account executives for the next steps.
  • Strategizing. You will be an important player in building and improving the process/infrastructure of our sales cycle.
  • Reporting. You have sales targets and conversion rates. You own them and report on them. You find and share useful tidbits with your awesome teammates (who do the same for you)!
