99.co – BD & Operations Intern

We are looking for a Business Dev/Ops Intern to join and help build a new, potentially game changing business initiative that will garner alternative revenue streams for the organisation.

What you'll do:

• Develop new and continue existing relationships with potential clients/partners by cold calling, emailing, scheduling meetings in person or attending events
• Conduct market research and analysis on the property 
• Assist to formulate efficient processes to enable operations to scale effectively
• Coordinate with clients and respective stakeholders to ensure seamless and timely execution of partnerships/projects/transactions

What you have/are/will be:

• Able to commit full-time internship for at least 3 months
• Candidates from universities/polytechnics are welcomed to apply (preferably undertaking or have completed courses in Business, Finance or related field but more importantly we value candidates who bring differentiated ideas to the table)
• Client facing role: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must
• Proactive in following up on tasks and being meticulous
• Highly self-motivated and self-driven with the ability to learn fast and think on feet
• Effective time management and organisational skills – able to handle multiple tasks concurrently and keep on top of different projects
• Proficient in Excel and Google slides
