Job Description

Since we launch in Dec 2017, we are looking to invite as many tutors as possible to join the family. We want them to benefit from our platform and we would need your help to integrate them into our TnL tutor community!

You will be run the full spectrum of tutor orientation, from acquisition, coaching to engaging the tutors who have newly joined the TnL tutor community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Increase awareness among existing pool of tutors 
  • Acquire Secondary School & JC tutors to sign up and use Teach-n-Learn platform
  • Be involve in strategic planning to grow the TNL tutor community and plan targeted marketing campaigns to increase penetration
  • Handle incoming enquiries from existing tutors and prospective tutors
  • Assist tutors to enhance profile to maximise potential
  • Be involved with all tutors-related follow ups, feedback and service recovery
  • Other assigned duties
