Job Description

• Support leadership team in provide thoughtful, strategic insights into users needs and help ideate actions for product, marketing, and engineering leadership to implement 
• Build and maintain amicable relationships with our users
• Connect to Target Audience on Multiple Platforms 
• Gather feedback on preferred content
• Plan and organise offline events for users

Requirements

1) Skills

• Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to put people at ease 
• Ability to use both Windows and Mac OS, proficient at using basic office software tools (MS Office, Google Docs, Dropbox, etc) 
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Proficient in connecting and engaging audience

2) Interests

• Working with people

3) Qualities

• Passionate about creating engaging and unique content that can relate to the desired target audience
• Have a positive and customer/audience oriented personality
• Learn fast

4) Commitment

• Min. 6 full months
