We are looking for a fun and vibrant team player who cares deeply about delivering great experiences for our guests. Fresh graduates/ Cabin crews/ Applicants with no prior experience but willing to learn is welcome to apply!

Your Role:

• Greet and welcome all guests and members warmly
• Ensure highest level of member and guest experience
• Receive calls and messages for reservations and general inquiries
• Converse with members and provide assistance when necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor and manager.
• Handle member queries and event bookings
• Engage with members, guests and the team
• Manage table bookings maximizing seating capacity

What we are looking for:

• Experience is not a must, but prior experience in similar capacity would be an advantage
• A high standard of personal hygiene and grooming
• A spirit of hospitality and interest in ensuring that guests have a great experience
• Be well versed on all aspects of the Club, including all menus, and daily events.
• Reliable and good team player with an engaging personality
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays on shifting schedules
• Passionate about hospitality
