* Internship Scope:

3 to 6 months paid internship

Mentorship from senior creatives and strategists

* Full-Time Conversion Roadmap (Based on Performance):

After 3 months: Progression review + bonus opportunity
After 6 months: Full-time conversion to Junior Content Creator
Upon conversion: Salary, bonuses, and access to key brand accounts




Assist in filming, editing, and producing content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Brainstorm, storyboard, and pitch campaign content ideas
Be on the ground for client shoots, events, and creative runs
Participate in viral trend research and creative brainstorms
Plan, Manage and Schedule Content
Learn and grow in a fast-paced, highly collaborative creative team



Passionate about content, storytelling, and internet culture
Obsessed with TikTok, Reels, and all things short-form video
Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
Eager to learn, unafraid to try, and ready to hustle
Students or fresh grads welcome — we train you from the ground up
