The RoleWe're looking for a Production & Studio Operations Intern to support our production team with day-to-day operations, shoot preparation and post-production workflows.

You'll work alongside experienced producers, videographers and editors, gaining practical experience across different types of productions.

This isn't a role where you'll just sit around watching people work. We want someone who's willing to get involved, take initiative and grow with us.

• What You'll Be DoingAssist with equipment preparation, packing, maintenance and inventory management.
• Support production logistics, shoot schedules, call sheets and other production documents.
• Assist the production team during shoots, including camera, lighting and general on-set support.
• Organise, transfer, back up and manage production footage and project files.
• Help maintain our video portfolio, including uploading and organising content on Vimeo.
• Assist with basic post-production tasks such as footage selects, syncing, subtitles and exports.
• Support studio organisation and ensure equipment is ready for upcoming productions.
• Take on other creative and production-related tasks as opportunities arise.
• Who We're Looking ForCurrently pursuing a diploma or degree in Film, Media Production, Mass Communication or a related discipline.
• Interested in filmmaking, video production and the creative industry.
• Organised, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn, take initiative and contribute as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of cameras, lighting or editing software is a plus.
• Comfortable with hands-on work, including equipment handling and on-location shoots.

You don't need to know everything. What's important is your attitude, willingness to learn and genuine interest in production.
