Job Purpose
Support the HR Department in building and maintaining proper HR systems, processes and documentation from the ground up. The role will be hands-on and involve setting up HR forms, employee records and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and organising HR processes, systems and documentation.
• Create, update and maintain HR forms, templates, checklists and trackers.
• Set up and maintain employee personnel files and ensure records are complete and properly filed.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding documentation.
• Maintain uniforms, company properties and other employee records.
• Assist in preparing employment contracts, confirmation letters, HR letters and other employee documents.
• Support recruitment administration, including job postings, interview arrangements and candidate records.
• Assist with payroll preparation by checking attendance, leave and employee information.
• Help to ensure HR policies and procedures are properly documented and communicated.
• Assist with HR audits and identify missing or incomplete employee documentation.
• Support the HR team in improving and standardising HR processes across the company.
• Perform other HR administrative and ad-hoc duties as required.
