The Role

Aid is looking for an Architectural Coordinator Intern to support the coordination and delivery of architectural and interior projects.

You will work with drawings, materials, technical details, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to help ensure that design intent is translated accurately into production and installation.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, technically inclined, and interested in how architectural projects move from drawings to site.

What You’ll Work On

Drawings & Technical Coordination

- Assist with reviewing architectural, interior, and shop drawings

- Prepare and update drawings, details, schedules, and technical documentation

- Coordinate dimensions, materials, finishes, interfaces, and installation requirements

- Identify discrepancies and follow up on outstanding technical information

Project & Site Coordination

- Support coordination with architects, interior designers, contractors, suppliers, and installers

- Assist with material submissions, samples, mock-ups, and approvals

- Track project requirements, drawing revisions, and coordination items

- Support site inspections, measurements, and installation coordination when required

Product & Documentation Support

- Prepare product information, technical submissions, and project documentation

- Coordinate technical details for architectural acoustic and interior systems

- Assist with quantity checks, material planning, and project schedules

- Maintain organised records of drawings, approvals, and project correspondence

What We’re Looking For

- Good spatial and technical understanding

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Comfortable reading architectural and technical drawings

- Organised and able to manage multiple coordination items

- Good communication and follow-up skills

- Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks

Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools is an advantage.

Students or graduates from Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Building, Construction, or related disciplines are welcome to apply.

Compensation

S$1,000–S$1,400/month

Final compensation will depend on education level, experience, and suitability for the role.
