Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Lead to oversee the day-to-day management and delivery of a programme involving scheme application processing, assessment, claims verification and case management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the project team, monitoring case processing progress, ensuring service standards are met, and maintaining compliance with the required KPIs and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and delivery of the assigned programme/scheme.
  • Supervise and guide the project team to ensure smooth and timely case processing.
  • Manage and monitor scheme/application processing, including assessments and appeal reviews.
  • Review and verify bills, claims and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Track case progress and monitor processing timelines to ensure cases are completed within the required service standards.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure operational KPIs and targets are achieved.
  • Prepare regular progress updates and performance reports.
  • Identify operational issues, delays or discrepancies and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Ensure processes are carried out in accordance with the required policies, procedures and compliance standards.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders where required to resolve operational matters and ensure effective service delivery.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Any other relevant duties as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a supervisory or project lead role.
  • Experience in programme/scheme administration, case management, application processing, claims processing or service operations will be an advantage.
  • Experience in handling application assessments, appeals, claims or document verification is preferred.
  • Strong experience in monitoring team performance, processing timelines and operational KPIs.
  • Good analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing applications, claims and supporting documents.
  • Able to work independently as well as manage and supervise a team.
