- Job Description
The Tasks:
- Oversee Daily Bar Operations
- Prepare Cocktails & simple food items
- Manage Bites & Bar Crew during shift
- Manage Budgets
- Handing Cashiering
- Housekeeping & stocktake
- Recruit, train & supervise
- Resolve issues during service & support as needed
The Requirements:
- At least 21years of age & eligible to work in Singapore
- Prior supervisory or Bar/F&B experience is preferred
- Excellent leadership & people skills
- Comfortable handling payment/POS System
- Available for Full Time evening/Night shifts
- Comfortable on your feet during busy shifts
- A Guest-First mentality
