Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Graphic & Digital Production Designer to create and prepare designs for print, digital, web, and e-commerce applications.

The role requires strong graphic design and production skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple projects. Experience in Figma, UX/UI design, and Magento 2.x / Adobe Commerce would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic & Digital Design

  • Create designs for publications, yearbooks, photobooks, marketing materials, promotional items, websites, and digital content.
  • Adapt and update designs based on customer and internal requirements.
  • Ensure consistency with brand and design guidelines.
  • Support web and e-commerce design, including page layouts and user interfaces.

Print Production & Pre-Press

  • Prepare production-ready artwork with correct colour settings, resolution, bleed, fonts, and file formats.
  • Check artwork thoroughly for accuracy and production requirements.
  • Work with the Production team to resolve artwork and printing issues.

UX/UI & E-commerce

  • Support website, online ordering, and e-commerce interface design.
  • Use Figma for layouts, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.
  • Apply good UX/UI principles to create clear and user-friendly digital experiences.
  • Work with developers and vendors to support implementation of digital designs.

Project & Customer Support

  • Manage design tasks through online publishing, yearbook, photobook, or other workflow systems.
  • Review customer-supplied artwork and provide design or artwork guidance where required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Good understanding of print production and pre-press.
  • Strong design, typography, layout, and visual communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Added Advantages

  • Experience with Figma and UX/UI design.
  • Experience designing for websites, e-commerce, or online ordering platforms.
  • Knowledge of Magento 2.x / Adobe Commerce.
  • Experience with yearbook, photobook, web-to-print, print-on-demand, or online publishing systems.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive web design.
