Eden and Elie – Brand and Marketing Intern

Eden + Elie is a Singapore-based jewellery brand known for modern designs handcrafted by skilled artisans. As a socially missioned company, we provide meaningful employment for individuals on the autism spectrum through the celebration of craft and heritage.

The Role

We believe that beauty lives in the details, and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for craft, social purpose, and story-led experiences. You’ll work directly under the mentorship of our Brand Owner, gaining a 360-degree view of how a purpose-driven lifestyle brand operates while learning how to bring a brand to life across our physical store in Duxton, pop-ups, and partner channels. High-performing interns will be considered for a conversion to a full-time position upon completion of the internship.

What You’ll Learn

(1) Conceptualise, Budget and Execute Events & Pop-Ups

• Help plan, style, set up, and host our markets, fairs, and pop-up activations.
• Represent the brand by engaging shoppers, sharing our artisan story and social mission, and creating warm brand experiences on-site.
• Coordinate vendor details, permits, and timelines so events run smoothly from setup to teardown.

(2) Create Content and Retail Marketing

• Capture spontaneous, aesthetic on-the-ground photos and short clips for our social and email channels.
• Roll out point-of-sale materials, signage, and local promotional assets for our physical store, as well as stockist locations to keep our jewelry displays styled, fresh, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Check inventory levels, refresh collateral, and build positive relationships with stockist managers and staff.

(3) Assist with Partnerships & Collaborations

• Be the friendly first point of contact for inbound partnership, wholesale, and brand collaboration inquiries.
• Maintain a tracker for active conversations, sample sends, and agreements as required.

About You

• Singaporean graduates or final-year students in a Diploma or Degree programme.
• Prior school project or internship experience in events, hospitality, or marketing is a plus.
• Warm, confident communicator who genuinely enjoys talking to people.
• Organised and structured, with a keen eye for keeping projects on track.
• Digitally savvy and comfortable using Canva, social media, mobile photography, MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Flexible about working occasional weekends or event-based hours (with time off in lieu provided).
