Key Responsibilities
Short-Form Video Production: Script, shoot, and edit original short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) tailored to our brand programs and campaigns.
Brand Collateral Design: Produce high-quality digital and print collateral—including social media graphics, event banners, program brochures, and presentation decks—while maintaining strict brand guidelines.
Content Adaptation: Repurpose long-form content or existing program assets into engaging, bite-sized visual formats for social feeds.
Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to turn raw program concepts into polished visual assets ahead of campaign launches.
Requirements
Portfolio Required: A link to a portfolio or sample work demonstrating video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci) and graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator).
Execution Focus: Ability to turn a brief into a finished visual asset efficiently.
Eye for Aesthetics: Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and current short-form content trends.
Availability: Able to commit full-time for a 3-month duration.
