Job Description

Prop Master – English Long Form Drama

Job Scope:

  • Assist with script breakdown and identify props required for each scene.

  • Source, purchase, rent and prepare props according to production requirements.

  • Organise and maintain all props throughout the filming period.

  • Prepare and check props before each shoot day.

  • Manage props on set and ensure they are ready for each scene and take.

  • Maintain prop continuity across scenes and episodes, including taking reference photos.

  • Coordinate with the Director, Assistant Directors, Art Department and Production Team on prop requirements.

  • Keep proper records of purchased, rented and borrowed props.

  • Ensure rented or borrowed props are properly maintained and returned after use.

  • Assist with packing, transportation, storage and organisation of props.

Requirements:

  • Organised, responsible and detail-oriented.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced filming environment.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Comfortable working irregular hours depending on filming schedules.

  • Interest in TV/drama production is an advantage.

  • Relevant production experience is preferred but not compulsory.
