1. Support end-to-end project management of BAU, key driver content, LIVE specials. This applies across various languages and genres.
2. Support content development of BAU, key driver content. This includes but is not limited to reviewing beats, scripts, offlines, onlines of various programmes, and thereafter providing qualitative analysis.
3. Learn and support qualitative / quantitative viewership performance and audience analysis of content.
4. Assist in the management of annual CFPs (ie: call for proposals), between May to Nov. This includes organizing and scheduling pitch briefing sessions, proposals submissions, concepts evaluation.
5. Manage communications, content integration requests, etc with Marketing, Commercialteams for each programme.
Qualifications
1. High EQ, takes initiative, responsible and trust-worthy. Ability to work well with multiplestakeholders; A team player, Good communication skill is required.
2. High/good proficiency in powerpoint, exel and word. Additional knowledge and familiarity with Canva, AI tools, etc is a bonus.
3. Good/reasonable proficiency in any language (spoken and reading) - English, Chinese, Malay or Tamil
4. A good understanding of digital & social media.
