Content Marketing / Social Media Intern (Coached By Radical Kindness)
What You'll Be Doing
Your primary role will be to ideate, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels and TikToks) for a personal brand (https://www.instagram.com/chewyck/) a leading director and respected leader in Great Eastern.
This includes content cuts, captions, SFX/VFX (SFX / VFX and captions may be outsourced and managed eventually, so more focus is on thinking work. But foundation has to be built)

▸ Connection with finance, heart based content and impact driven (VERY important)
▸ Editing competency & creative spark— You have experience editing short form videos and a passion for creation.
▸ Self-starter mentality — Taking initiative, manage your time well, communicate proactively, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
▸ Coachability — You're open to direct feedback, apply it quickly, and see it as an opportunity to improve.
This isn't your typical internship. Here's what you can expect:
▸ Direct coaching and co-building of content pillars from Radical Kindness (Kevin) who's built multiple content brands.
▸ Build a strong portfolio with actual results.
▸ Gain exposure to the full content-to-conversion pipeline — from content creation to lead generation and growth.
▸ Earn performance based incentives tied to social media growth.
Duration of internship: 6 months contract
