We are looking for creative, energetic, and enthusiastic interns to join our team! This internship offers hands-on experience in content creation, social media marketing, live commerce, and digital engagement. You will work closely with our Marketing and E-commerce teams to create engaging content and support our brand's presence across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, creating, and publishing engaging content (images, videos, graphics, reels, and short-form videos) across social media and e-commerce platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, Shopee, and other assigned platforms.
- Participate in planning, coordinating, hosting, and supporting livestream sessions on TikTok, Shopee, META, and other digital platforms.
- Engage with online audiences by responding to comments, messages, and enquiries in a timely and professional manner to build brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze content and livestream performance using platform analytics and prepare basic performance reports and recommendations.
- Support campaign planning, promotional activities, product launches, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, livestream techniques, digital marketing tools, and content creation best practices.
- Perform other ad hoc duties and projects assigned by the Marketing or E-commerce team.

Requirements
- Undergraduate or diploma students from local polytechnics or tertiary institutions in Singapore.
- Available to commit to a full-time internship for 3 to 6 months.
- Passionate about social media, content creation, digital marketing, and live commerce.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking confidently during livestreams.
- Familiar with major social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Shopee Live, and Xiao Hong Shu.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g. CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) is an advantage.
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
