Job Description

We are looking for creative, energetic, and enthusiastic interns to join our team! This internship offers hands-on experience in content creation, social media marketing, live commerce, and digital engagement. You will work closely with our Marketing and E-commerce teams to create engaging content and support our brand's presence across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, creating, and publishing engaging content (images, videos, graphics, reels, and short-form videos) across social media and e-commerce platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, Shopee, and other assigned platforms.
  • Participate in planning, coordinating, hosting, and supporting livestream sessions on TikTok, Shopee, META, and other digital platforms.
  • Engage with online audiences by responding to comments, messages, and enquiries in a timely and professional manner to build brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze content and livestream performance using platform analytics and prepare basic performance reports and recommendations.
  • Support campaign planning, promotional activities, product launches, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, livestream techniques, digital marketing tools, and content creation best practices.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties and projects assigned by the Marketing or E-commerce team.

During your internship, you will gain practical exposure to:

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or diploma students from local polytechnics or tertiary institutions in Singapore.
  • Available to commit to a full-time internship for 3 to 6 months.
  • Passionate about social media, content creation, digital marketing, and live commerce.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking confidently during livestreams.
  • Familiar with major social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Shopee Live, and Xiao Hong Shu.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g. CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
