Love meeting new people and sharing Singapore's stories? We're looking for enthusiastic, licensed freelance Tour Guides to deliver engaging guided tours and create enjoyable experiences for visitors.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct guided tours of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Lead and manage walking tour groups of 5 to 30 visitors.
- Facilitate interactive elements such as games and multimedia stations and assist the visitors with difficulties.
- Monitor crowd movement, maintain order, and ensure visitor safety.
- Encourage completion of the customer feedback survey at the end of the tour.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 GCE 'O' Level passes (Grades A1 to C6).
- Possess a valid Singapore Tourism Board (STB) Tourist Guide Licence
- Relevant experience in homeland security-related industries and/or conducting guided tours at museums, heritage attractions, or places of interest in Singapore.
- Professionally proficient in spoken English and at least another mother tongue language (spoken).
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and public speaking skills.

Tue to Fri: 10:00 am - 5:30 pm
Sat: 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
