Bosom Pte. Ltd. – Creative Marketing Intern

We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Intern who enjoys bringing ideas to life through thoughtful design and engaging content.

This is a hands-on role where you'll help shape Bosom's visual presence across social media, our website and marketing materials. You'll work closely with the founders to create content that educates, empowers and connects with mothers.

Beyond creative work, you'll also gain exposure to digital marketing, campaign planning, SEO and startup growth. If you're curious about both design and marketing, this role offers the opportunity to develop both skill sets while building a meaningful brand from the ground up.

Content & Creative (Primary)

• Design and create engaging social media content (approximately 2-3x posts per week) across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Create graphics, simple animations or short-form videos aligned with Bosom's brand guidelines.
• Support the development of educational, community and campaign content.
• Adapt creative assets for different channels and formats.
• Assist with ad creatives, website graphics and other visual marketing materials.

Website & Digital Marketing

• Assist with updating website content and landing pages.
• Support basic SEO improvements, including page titles, meta descriptions and blog formatting.
• Create and send monthly email newsletters.
• Help monitor website and newsletter performance.

Campaigns & Marketing

• Support launches, campaigns and partnership initiatives.
• Research influencers, parent communities and collaboration opportunities.
• Assist with campaign planning and content calendars.
• Track simple marketing metrics and identify content that performs well.

Design & Brand Support

• Create presentation decks and marketing collateral.
• Ensure all materials remain visually consistent with Bosom's brand.
• Help maintain Bosom's library of marketing assets.

We'd love to see candidates who have:

• A good eye for layout, typography and visual storytelling.
• Experience using Canva (Figma or Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus).
• Strong written English.
• Interest in social media and digital marketing.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple small projects.
• Curious, proactive and willing to learn.

Nice-to-haves: 

• Interest in the maternal, healthcare or social impact 
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta) 
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or content creation 
• Experience with Adobe, Canva, Notion, or similar tools
