Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a curious and driven Human Capital Intern to join us during an exciting phase — the implementation of our Learning Management System (LMS). This is a project-based internship where you will play an active role in rolling out the LMS from the ground up, conducting research, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and contributing to the broader L&D agenda. If you enjoy working on meaningful projects, have an eye for detail, and are interested in how technology can transform learning experiences at scale, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Working On

LMS Implementation (Primary Focus)

  • Support the end-to-end implementation of proposed LMS from initial configuration and content migration through to go-live
  • Conduct research on LMS best practices, platform features, and industry benchmarks to inform implementation decisions
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) — documenting test cases, logging issues, and tracking resolutions to completion

Learning Content & Materials

  • Review, adapt, and simplify existing training content for upload and deployment within the LMS
  • Design clear, learner-friendly workbooks and supporting materials that align with the new system's structure and learning flow
  • Ensure all content is consistently formatted and deployment-ready

Project Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status updates throughout the LMS rollout
  • Assist with other ad-hoc projects as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • A genuine interest in HR technology, learning systems, or digital transformation
  • Comfortable conducting independent research and translating findings into clear, actionable insights
  • Meticulous, organised, and proactive — able to manage multiple workstreams and keep things moving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and stakeholder coordination

What You'll Gain

  • Hands-on experience contributing to a live LMS implementation project
  • Exposure to end-to-end L&D processes within a Group HR function
  • Practical experience in UAT methodology and system rollout coordination
