ABOUT THE PROJECT

We are a Singapore retail and events company looking for a creative assistant to help us build a visual asset library, client proposal template, and tidy up our store space. This is a fixed-scope freelance project, not an ongoing role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

─────────────────────────────

1. STYLING & PHOTOGRAPHY

• Help set up and arrange physical products for photography

• Take clean, well-lit photos against a plain backdrop

• Shoot short 15–20 second product walkthrough videos

• No professional camera needed — a good phone camera is fine

2. POST-PRODUCTION

• Remove backgrounds from product photos (Canva or remove.bg)

• Composite product images into interior lifestyle photos

• Organise finished assets into a shared Google Drive folder

3. CLIENT TEMPLATE

• Build one reusable Canva presentation deck (branded)

• Template must have swappable image slots and editable text

• All brand assets will be provided by us

4. GENERAL ASSISTANCE

• Help organise and tidy the store/warehouse space as directed

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

─────────────────────────────

 Comfortable with Canva (must)

 Good visual sense — knows when something looks clean vs cluttered

 Willing to get hands-on with physical product setups and general tidying

 Organised — files things properly, meets deadlines

 Photoshop is a bonus but not required

We do NOT require:

✗ Formal design qualifications

✗ Professional photography equipment

✗ Industry-specific experience

• Location: Tai Seng area, Singapore

• Duration: Approx 3–4 weeks, flexible schedule

• Roughly 3–4 days per week

• Project-based freelance

FEE

─────────────────────────────

S$500–800 for full project scope depending on experience.
