We’re on the lookout for motivated and entrepreneurial Business & Operations Interns to join our diverse team. In this role, you’ll get hands-on exposure to game design, collaborate closely with clients, and play an important part in bringing engaging experiences to life. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage puzzle hunt bookings and oversee client communication from inquiry to execution.
- Lead and facilitate puzzle hunt events, creating engaging experiences for participants.
- Coordinate teams during large-scale events for efficient collaboration.
- Build partnerships with venues and suppliers to enhance program offerings.
- Perform market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to drive engagement and new business.

Qualifications
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
- Excellent oral & written communication competency, comfortable with negotiations and interacting with top decision-makers
- Good awareness of live market trends
- Show ability to navigate through ambiguity with a strong work ethic
- Genuine interest and passion for solving puzzles & playing games
- Singaporean/PR - students, fresh grad and anyone over age of 18 is welcome to apply
- Able to start immediately, for at least 4 months (able to attend interview within 2 days of contact)
