XingFloors is a Singapore-based brand specialising in flooring and interior materials for homes and commercial spaces. Since 2007, we’ve been focused on offering quality products, practical design solutions, and aim to create smooth customer experience — helping people create spaces that look good and work well in everyday life.
We’re looking for a design-first intern who can create visuals with the right marketing and branding mindset — not just make things look nice. You should be creative, adaptable, up to date with trends, and comfortable supporting live or on-ground content when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and adapt artwork for marketing and branding materials
- Design visuals for social media, brochures, presentations, posters, and other brand assets
- Support showroom and customer-facing materials
- Make sure designs stay aligned with the brand and marketing goals
- Keep up with design, content, and social media trends
- Help with live/on-ground content support when needed
- Occasionally support sponsorship coordination and basic document preparation
- Organize design files and support other tasks when needed
Requirements
- Studying or recently completed Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, or related field
- Strong interest in design, branding, and visual storytelling
- Familiar with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, or similar tools
- Good eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency
- Creative, proactive, and open to feedback
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
