Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for applications, addressing user inquiries and resolving issues.
- Monitor application performance, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Manage logging, monitoring, and alerting systems for proactive issue resolution.
- Support upgrades, patches, and deployments, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless software functionality.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in application support & troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Java, Angular & MySQL database
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose technical issues effectively.
- Proficiency in Japanese Language preferred.
