MIRA is a Singapore-based fragrance experience company specialising in interactive scent bar activations and perfume-making workshops for corporate events, brand activations, conferences, and private celebrations.
We are looking for a confident and engaging Workshop Facilitator to lead perfume-making experiences and represent the MIRA brand at events.
Perfume Workshop Facilitator / Event Host (Freelance)
Role Overview
As a Perfume Workshop Facilitator, you will lead interactive perfume-making workshops for groups of participants. You will guide guests through the fragrance blending process, host the session in an engaging manner, and ensure participants have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys public speaking, hosting events, and interacting with people.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate perfume-making workshops for corporate and private events
• Guide participants through fragrance notes and perfume blending
• Host the workshop in an engaging and interactive manner
• Manage event flow and timing during sessions
• Assist with setup and packing of workshop materials
• Represent the MIRA brand professionally at client events
Requirements
• Confident speaking in front of groups (20–60 people)
• Friendly, engaging personality and good communication skills
• Comfortable hosting workshops or events
• Prior experience in events, facilitation, training, or public speaking preferred
• Interest in fragrance, creativity, or experiential activities is a plus
• Able to work evenings or weekends depending on event schedules
