Event Manager (Part-time) – Scent Bar Activation

Role Overview

We are looking for reliable and energetic Event Assistants to support our live events and on-site activations. This role involves assisting with setup, guest flow, and operations during events, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests and clients.

This is an event-based role, ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and teardown (tables, carts, signage, products)

• Support guest flow and queue management during live activations

• Assist facilitators during perfume / scent bar activities

• Refill materials, organise products, and maintain a tidy station

• Provide friendly, professional support to guests

• Follow event briefs, schedules, and brand guidelines

• Support the team with ad-hoc event needs

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to help

• Comfortable working in fast-paced event environments

• Well-presented, punctual, and reliable

• Able to stand for extended periods

• Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in events, retail, hospitality, or customer service

• Interest in fragrance, wellness, or creative experiences

• Availability on weekends or evenings

Work Arrangement

• Part-time / freelance / event-based
