The Curated Collective is a lifestyle retail concept store featuring indie, local and handmade brands across accessories, crystals, stationery, apparel and lifestyle goods.
We are looking for enthusiastic and creative interns to join us as Retail Assistants, while gaining hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, livestream selling and workshop/event management.
This internship is suitable for students interested in marketing, media, communications, retail management, events or entrepreneurship.
Retail Operations & Customer Experience
Work as a Retail Assistant at our store, providing friendly and helpful customer service
Introduce and recommend products to customers
Maintain product displays and visual merchandising
Assist with cashiering, stock organisation and general store operations
Ensure the shop is well-maintained and presentable
Social Media & Content Creation
Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and social media
Assist in filming product features, shop tours and brand highlights
Support and participate in livestream sessions showcasing products
Assist with social media posting and engagement
Marketing & Brand Support
Work with multiple indie and local brands featured in the store
Assist with store promotions, product launches and campaigns
Capture behind-the-scenes content for marketing use
Support visual merchandising and brand storytelling
Workshop & Event Support
Assist with planning and hosting in-store workshops
Help with workshop setup, materials preparation and guest coordination
Support workshop hosts and ensure smooth event operations
Capture content during workshops for social media

Who We’re Looking For

Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
Internship Details
Location: Orchard Road (The Heeren / *SCAPE)
Schedule: Shift-based, including some weekends (to support retail operations and workshops)
Duration: Based on school internship requirements
