As part of our growing music and entertainment activities, we are looking for a Label Assistant (Part-Time) to support day-to-day artist management, project coordination, and marketing initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to how a modern label and artist management operation works. The role combines administrative support, artist coordination, and creative collaboration across music releases, campaigns, and events.

Key Responsibilities

Artist & Project Support

  • Assist the team in coordinating artist schedules, appearances, and activities.

  • Support artist managers with logistics, preparation, and on-site coordination when required.

  • Act as a chaperone or support contact for artists during certain activities, events, or shoots.

Administration & Operations

  • Maintain organised records of artist activities, releases, and campaigns.

  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and internal project tracking.

  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, artists, and external partners.

Research & Data Gathering

  • Gather insights on music trends, artists, platforms, and emerging opportunities.

  • Compile data on audience growth, social media performance, and release performance.

  • Assist with competitor analysis and landscape research.

Marketing & Creative Support

  • Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns, content concepts, and audience engagement.

  • Assist with brainstorming social media and promotional strategies for releases.

  • Support planning and coordination for artist campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

Liaison & Communication

  • Serve as a coordination point between artists, management, and internal teams.

  • Help ensure information flows smoothly across projects and stakeholders.

Role Requirements

  • Strong interest in music, artists, and the entertainment industry.

  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work with artists and creative teams.

  • Ability to take initiative and contribute ideas to marketing and promotion efforts.

  • Comfortable working flexible hours when required around events or artist activities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience running social media accounts or working on content projects.

  • Basic understanding of music releases, streaming platforms, or artist marketing.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, or project management tools.

What You’ll Gain

  • Direct exposure to artist management, label operations, and music marketing.

  • Opportunities to work on real campaigns, releases, and events.

  • Mentorship and practical industry experience within a growing creative organisation.
